Founder / CEO

Eisen is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in the financial services and BPO industries. He has served as CEO, Head of Operations, and Head of Marketing across the UK, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. Known for driving business growth, he specializes in marketing, sales, and customer experience. Eisen holds BBAs from the London and Paris Graduate Schools of Management. He earned his Master’s in Management & International Business from Birmingham City University, UK. As the founder of Korfshore Inc., he brings strategic vision and operational leadership to the company.

Jeremy has led sales, marketing, solution design, and product strategy across diverse industries. Known for his client-focused approach and disciplined execution, he delivers sustainable, scalable results. He is passionate about simplifying strategy and helping organizations evolve with market demands.

Ryan Sy

Co-Founder / Chief Financial Officer

Ryan is a Co-Founder of Korfshore Inc. and a management consulting professional. He is also an entrepreneur who leads a few innovative startups in the Philippines and China, particularly in the fields of finance and software technologies. With an extensive experience in business development and financial consulting, he has held key roles in tech companies and in venture capital. Ryan excels in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, digital transformation, and project management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from De La Salle University Manila.

Christopher Bishop

Non - Executive Director

Christopher is a seasoned senior executive and strategist with over 40 years of experience across hospitality, gaming, casinos, retail, and online gaming industries. He specializes in strategic business planning, revenue management, operations, and customer profitability optimization. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with major hotel and gaming companies, including Caesars Entertainment, Grand Sierra Resort, and Tinian Entertainment. Christopher has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and implementing innovative loyalty and customer engagement strategies. Holding an MBA in Quantitative Analysis, he is also a recognized speaker and mentor in the industry.

Chris is an accomplished executive and business consultant with a proven track record across telecom, healthcare, finance, education, and e-commerce. He helps organizations scale by aligning strategy with execution, building operational strength, and focusing on long-term value creation. With deep expertise in process design, organizational development, and strategic transformation, Chris combines technology and human systems to drive efficiency and innovation. His global advisory work includes leadership and governance initiatives with organizations like the Nkafu Policy Institute, supporting ethical, future-focused growth in emerging markets.

He is passionate about creating customer-centric solutions, mentoring teams, and fostering innovation for long-term success.

Partner/ Director (APAC)

Chris; is a specialist in driving new business growth through strategic sales transformation, enterprise change management, and performance optimisation. With a sharp focus on scaling businesses, Christopher helps organisations refine their sales strategies, restructure operations, and implement high-impact business models in Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial sectors. He excels at identifying market opportunities, minimising risk, and designing data-driven business plans with measurable performance metrics to ensure successful execution. His expertise has fuelled revenue expansion with Small and Medium Enterprises, Multinational Corporations and Global Multinational Corporations. Bryan Bos

Co-Founder/ CTO

Bryan is an experienced technology executive, specializing in ERP transformation, systems integration, and SaaS development. As a former CTO and co-founder of WorldERP, he led the design and development of scalable procurement platforms, and managed global teams across complex applications. He now advises mid-market firms on CRM, technology, and ERP modernization, driving efficiency and ROI through digital transformation.

Shelton Peiris

Director - Business Development

Shelton is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. He has held senior leadership roles in global institutions like HSBC and Standard Chartered, as well as regional banks in Qatar, Oman, and the UAE. His expertise spans Retail & Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, and Strategy Implementation. Shelton has also worked with McKinsey & Company on large-scale strategy projects, driving both strategic and operational outcomes.
