Sathasivam S. (Eisen)

Founder / President

Eisen is the founder of Korfshore Inc. and a highly accomplished professional with 18 years of expertise in marketing, sales, and customer service. Renowned for his ability to foster positive customer experiences and satisfaction, Eisen has a track record of driving business growth and developing effective marketing programs. He has held significant roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at UVA Glen PLC, Head of Marketing at SAKS Global, and positions at Kerford Investment UK and TradeNext UK. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from both the London Graduate School of Management and the Paris Graduate School of Management, as well as an MSc in Management & International Business from Birmingham City University.

Kevin Vaz

Director/ SVP - Operations

Kevin Vaz is a Co-Founder of Korfshore Inc. and a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Talent acquisition, business development and client management. Kevin has held significant roles across various industries, showcasing his expertise in fostering growth and building strategic partnerships. He is known for his exceptional skills in project management, team leadership, and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Kevin’s commitment to excellence and his strategic vision have been instrumental in driving Korfshore Inc. forward.

Christopher Bishop

Non - Executive Director

Christopher is a seasoned senior executive and strategist with over 40 years of experience across hospitality, gaming, casinos, retail, and online gaming industries. He specializes in strategic business planning, revenue management, operations, and customer profitability optimization. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with major hotel and gaming companies, including Caesars Entertainment, Grand Sierra Resort, and Tinian Entertainment. Christopher has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and implementing innovative loyalty and customer engagement strategies. Holding an MBA in Quantitative Analysis, he is also a recognized speaker and mentor in the industry.

Jenna Sirucek - BHA, LPN | C.Mgr.

Co-Founder/ Chief People Officer

Ryan Sy

Co-Founder / CFO

Ryan is a Co-Founder of Korfshore Inc. and a management consulting professional. He is also an entrepreneur who leads a few innovative startups in the Philippines and China, particularly in the fields of finance and software technologies. With an extensive experience in business development and financial consulting, he has held key roles in tech companies and in venture capital. Ryan excels in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, digital transformation, and project management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from De La Salle University Manila.

Christopher George

Non-Executive Sales Director - Asia Pacific

Chris; is a specialist in driving new business growth through strategic sales transformation, enterprise change management, and performance optimisation. With a sharp focus on scaling businesses, Christopher helps organisations refine their sales strategies, restructure operations, and implement high-impact business models in Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial sectors. He excels at identifying market opportunities, minimising risk, and designing data-driven business plans with measurable performance metrics to ensure successful execution. His expertise has fuelled revenue expansion with Small and Medium Enterprises, Multinational Corporations and Global Multinational Corporations. This success has transferred across multiple industries by optimising brand positioning and solution or consultative sales strategies to capture emerging market demand.
